Mr. Haley, an American originally from Oregon has covered political conflict and social upheaval all over the world – from Panama to Tiananmen Square, the Balkans, the Middle East and Bhopal India. He is in New York this week from France to cover the American Fourth of July, as it related to the 9/11 Tenth Anniversary and is shooting a documentary.
