Feeling ineffective or stuck in particular areas of your life or overwhelmed by the business?  Do you have creative ideas that are not taking shape? Are you unable to put these ideas into action and into the hands of the right people?  As a Life Coach I will help you overcome obstacles and reach your ultimate goals.  Today we will begin the process of identifying and utilizing your natural strengths. We will brainstorm effective solutions and discuss exercises and tools that will replace old habits with healthier patterns.
