Jonathan Ferguson is a Managing Partner and Chief Investment Officer of Alexandria Capital. Jon is a member of the Executive Board and is responsible for overseeing all investment activities of the company where his 20+ years of portfolio management and research experience are meaningfully leveraged. Prior to orchestrating FIC Capital’s merger with Alexandria Capital, he served as the President and CIO and Portfolio Manager for FIC Trivantage Fund LP.

Jon also held investment research positions at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Credit Suisse, and Schroders. Over the course of his career, Jon’s research responsibilities have provided broad exposure to investment markets and industry sectors, including healthcare, finance, consumer products, retail, telecommunications, technology, energy, and industrials.

Jon holds an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University, and a B.S. in Economics and a B.A. in Mathematics from the State University of New York at Binghamton. Jon is a CFA Charterholder and is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts. Jon is a member of the Board of Directors of the ARC of Westchester, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to enabling and enriching the lives of people with developmental disabilities.
