 Our 54th Annual New York Emmy® Awards Gala was held on Sunday, April 3, 2011, at the Marriott Marquis Times Square.

The 2011 New York Emmy® Awards were held on Sunday, April 3, 2011. The black-tie gala began with an exciting reception where nominees and revelers enjoyed cocktails and conversation. Ernie Anastos, Anchor of WNYW FOX 5’s Fox 5 News at 10:00 p.m., received a special Emmy® for Lifetime Achievement known as our prestigious GOVERNORS’ AWARD for his outstanding contributions to television. Joan Lunden, Emmy® Award-winning journalist and the longest-running host of early morning television, presented the special Emmy® Award.

The New York Emmy® Awards were broadcast on CUNY-TV channel 75 on Sunday, April 10, 2011 at 9:00 PM. Encore presentation aired Sunday, April 17, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
