 of television, digital and film. Jim is an ICF Certified Life/Career Coach
 , founder of the Gay Coaches Collective and mentor coach to coaching stude
 nts at iPEC Coaching where he was trained. Jim consults in the entertainme
 nt industry, including launching a new production company, reating/develop
 ing original series (including sizzle reels) and becoming an on-air talent
 . Jim worked at the William Morris Agency as both an in-house lawyer and t
 elevision packaging agent. He leads career development workshops for the P
 roducers Guild of America, National Academy of Television Arts &amp\; Scie
 nces, Writers Guild of America/East, HBO, TimeWarner, New York Women in Fi
 lm &amp\; Television, Time, Inc., NYU Career Services/Alumni Relations and
  MTV Networks. Jim is an adjunct faculty member of the School of Visual Ar
