  to get what you really want. Hear the agent's tips on being centered, con
 fident and persuasive throughout the negotiating. Learn to fully express y
 our own brand of negotiating which embraces your personality, experience a
 nd values. This workshop is for anyone who wants to shed their shyness, in
 timidation and overwhelm to become a truly skillful negotiator. \n\n \n \n
  \nJim Arnoff is a Television/Digital Packaging Agent representing New Yor
 k productioncompanies (reality, documentary, branded, non-fiction and scri
 pted) in developing and selling original programming to the networks and n
 ew media. He is an entertainment lawyer in the creative, production and di
 stribution areas of television, digital and film. Jim is an ICF Certified 
 Life/Career Coach, founder of the Gay Coaches Collective and mentor coach 
 to coaching students at iPEC Coaching where he was trained. Jim consults i
 n the entertainment industry, including launching a new production company
 , reating/developing original series (including sizzle reels) and becoming
  an on-air talent. Jim worked at the William Morris Agency as both an in-h
 ouse lawyer and television packaging agent. He leads career development wo
 rkshops for the Producers Guild of America, National Academy of Television
  Arts &amp\; Sciences, Writers Guild of America/East, HBO, TimeWarner, New
  York Women in Film &amp\; Television, Time, Inc., NYU Career Services/Alu
 mni Relations and MTV Networks. Jim is an adjunct faculty member of the Sc
 hool of Visual Arts, FIT and NYU. He is a member of the New York State, Ne
