 on and distribution areas of television, digital and film. Jim is an ICF C
 ertified Life/Career Coach, founder of the Gay Coaches Collective and ment
 or coach to coaching students at iPEC Coaching where he was trained. Jim c
 onsults in the entertainment industry, including launching a new productio
 n company, reating/developing original series (including sizzle reels) and
  becoming an on-air talent. Jim worked at the William Morris Agency as bot
 h an in-house lawyer and television packaging agent. He leads career devel
 opment workshops for the Producers Guild of America, National Academy of T
 elevision Arts &amp\; Sciences, Writers Guild of America/East, HBO, TimeWa
 rner, New York Women in Film &amp\; Television, Time, Inc., NYU Career Ser
 vices/Alumni Relations and MTV Networks. Jim is an adjunct faculty member 
 of the School of Visual Arts, FIT and NYU. He is a member of the New York
