Early Sragow Gallery exhibitions included works of &ldquo\;eme rging artists&rdquo\; Ida Applebroog, Jeff Koons and Richard Prince. Sinc e 1981, it has represented the Hollander Workshop (1964-1972). Some of th e artists it currently represents are Elizabeth Catlett, Howardena Pindell , John Wilson, self-taught artist Bessie Nickens and works on paper by Sam Gilliam and Jacob Lawrence. Currently, the Sragow Gallery is involved wi th African American Art and first showed the work of Joseph Delaney. Alph onse van Woerkom&rsquo\;s own portrait of Bill will be on display in the g allery.
