  Tour in New Brunswick, Canada&#8221\; is the first episode of a brand new
  food and travel series written and narrated by Michael-Ann Rowe. She&#821
 7\;s a woman on a mission: to eat her way through culture! Lead host and n
 arrator Michael-Ann Rowe is a food lover, restaurateur and TV entertainer 
 who takes an unabashed and inquisitive approach as she travels the globe d
 isclosing culinary delicacies from their roots. She goes beyond mere &#822
 0\;tastings&#8221\; and reciting recipes\; she gets to the heart of the fo
 od, no matter where it takes her. In this episode she travels back home to
  rediscover a unique province on the east coast of Canada where the French
  and the English converge and where land and sea work in tandem. She goes 
 deep into a seafood and culinary culture like never before: fishing lobste
 r in the middle of December! Ravages on smoked herring from the world&#821
 7\;s oldest smoke house! Up north she unexpectedly discovers snow crab and
  shrimp, and a restored Acadian Village that dates back into the 1700s. Sh
 e feeds on the world renowned Beausoleil oysters straight from the dock, f
 inds world-class salmon smokers, and hunts morels with a real &#8220\;mush
 room hunter&#8221\;! The journey doesn&#8217\;t finish until she unravels 
 the secrets to cooking this feast of seafood.\n \nMichael-Ann Rowe is the 
 Executive Producer of this new show, a spring-off of a New York restaurant
  series called Entr&#233\;e TV. She was their host for six years and produ
 ced one of their most compelling stories &#8220\;Mealtimes on Board the Sh
 ip&#8221\; on the USS JFK Aircraft Carrier. She has a diversified career i
 n acting, journalism and production, and takes full advantage of all of it
 ! Hailing from Canada, she took a BA in Theatre at Dalhousie University in
  Nova Scotia and moved to New York &#8220\;on a wing and a prayer&#8221\; 
 in 1992. Her career highlights include a lead role in the acclaimed indepe
 ndent film &#8220\;The Offering,&#8221\; a lead in Sherri Heller&#8217\;s 
 off-off Broadway play &#8220\;Mothers and Daughters,&#8221\; and a lead vo
 ice in the anime series &#8220\;Stratos 4.&#8221\; Adding to this range of
  characters, she&#8217\;s a sports columnist, a &#8220\;foodie&#8221\; and
  producer. With all of these assets, she&#8217\;s on to her next full-time
