 Leclere started his career as a journalist in Lebanon then on French Natio
 nal Television as Science and technology reporter and anchor. For seven ye
 ars he was head of radio, television, film, and press documents at the Uni
 ted Nations in New York where he had more than 185 "bosses," each from a d
 ifferent country.\nMr. Leclere then spent ten years as Executive Director 
 of The International Television Academy and has produced "live" events in 
 many countries around the world.\nIn addition to English, he speaks French
 , Russian, Spanish, some Chinese, and studied Korean.\nHe was born in Fran
 ce where he grew up before moving to the USA in 1986. He now lives in Whit
