Join us for coffee and conversation with Kirsten Mangione, a former professional dancer who is the founder and director of ZenTouch Studios and ZenMoves technique that brings Eastern philosophy and movement to meditation.
She has had a private practice for the last ten years working with over 1,000 clients in body work therapy, Chinese medicine, shiatsu, yoga and meditation and has worked in arts administration and production for arts organizations including American Ballet Theatre and The Julliard School.
Mentored by Ohashi with a BA in Dance from Smith College and a Professional degree in dance studies from the Laban Centre in London UK, she is a certified Zena Rommett Floor-Barre instructor and certified Reiki Master and has trained in authentic Zen practice at Dai Bosatsu Zendo, a Rinzai Zen Buddhist monastery located in the Catskil Mountains.
