There are more ways than ever before to get connected: HDTV, digital television (SD), cell phones (3G), PDA’s, personal computers, TiVo, PVR’s, Broadband, Cable, Addressable Advertising, Time-shifted TV and much, much more. If it shows images and plays sound and it’s new, it’s Advanced Media!
The Advanced Media Committee of the National Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, New York Chapter, studies the commercial and technological potential of new media and makes recommendations to the Board of Governors for strategy and steering. It also creates and produces events that encourage and facilitate dialogue between industry professionals and foster better understanding.
