Welcome to the 2010 Call for Entries!
It is now easier than ever to complete entry forms, manage entries, make changes to contact information for statuette recipients, and even apply for membership!
If you want your work to be considered for The 53rd Annual New York Emmy® Awards, please follow our simple
Emmy® Express application process.
The Entry Form is divided in an easy step-by-step format:
- Click on the designated link that best describes your entry process (station entry vs. individual entry submission)
- Select the Category you'd like to submit your entry into
- Fill out your Entry Information
- Fill out Submission Contact Information
- Select payment option
- Review summary and printing option
Payment can be made on our secure server by major credit card or you will be invoiced and pay by check (made payable to NY NATAS).
Remember: The entry deadline is Friday, October 2, 2009. All entries must be submitted online and received at NY NATAS by that date!
The eligibility period (meaning when your entry must have had its initial broadcast/cablecast) is: September 1, 2008 through August 31, 2009.
Entries must have been produced for and must have had their first broadcast or cablecast within the New York Chapter’s regional boundaries (New York State and Northern New Jersey). For your reference, click here to see which markets your work has aired in.
As an added benefit, the member entry fee is only $125 if the Primary Entrant (the Designated Statuette Recipient) is a member in good standing (a $50 savings from the non-member entry fee of $175). JOIN before submitting your entry … then contact Awards Director Sarah Hughes at 212-459-3630, ext. 201 to obtain the member discount on each of your entries!

Be sure to review the complete Category List prior to entering your submissions. Don’t forget to submit your outstanding work in the one PROGRAMMING category of your choice (such as Documentary, Sports, Newscast, Commercial, Entertainment, Education, etc.) AND in each CRAFT ACHIEVEMENT category related to your entry (On-Camera Talent, Director, Editor, Writer, Photographer, Audio, Graphics, Set Design, Lighting, Music, Research, and many more).
