Information regarding the CIGNA DENTAL CARE PLAN
This is an HMO PLAN ONLY. You are limited to the dentists in the CIGNA Dental Care Network. The dentists who are contracted with CIGNA are all in private practice. You choose a dental office from the CIGNA Dental Provider
Directory accessible online. Your dentist will provide all general care but if you need a specialist your dentist will refer you to one.
Eligibility is limited to (1) members age 64 and under and (2) members whose continuous membership in their participating association was effective on or before July 1, 2006.
PLEASE NOTE: Benefits and rates may change effective October 1 of each year at the option of CIGNA Dental Health.

NEW YORK EMMY® AWARDS
EMMY® AWARDS are given for excellence and outstanding achievements in television on the local, national and international levels. Members receive a personal invitation to attend the New York Emmy® Awards Gala, as well as a $50 discount on their entry fee when they enter as a Designated Statuette Recipient (Primary Entrant).
EMMY® AWARDS JUDGING is conducted throughout the entire year. Serving as a
Blue Ribbon panelist provides an opportunity to see and evaluate the work of peers in
